I made changes to my forms, Quiz and 2014 Strong Tower Ranch Volunteer Application, and now i am not receiving notifications.

Hi,
Your email address is fine and our logs show that form emails were successfully delivered to your email address. Any emails to your spam folder? Please kindly check! If nothing is there, then I would recommend adding our IP Addresses and Domains to your server whitelist. Find it here: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses. There is a possibility that your mail servers are blocking Jotform, and whitelisting us should fix it.
