I've been using this service for a while and love it. Today, though, I think I may have killed my access to an important form.
In setting up the email address to which I thought these forms would go, I think I may have overwritten my own login and password. The form is for The Great Tucson Beer Festival, and the email addresses I input are email@example.com and TucsonBeerFest@aol.com. I'd like the completed forms to go to each of those addresses, but I can't log in anymore.
Have I wrecked this?

Thanks for contacting us. I have tried to look up your account in our member database using your Enterprise Media email address but only found a guest account with no forms in it. Searching our database using your two other email addresses yielded no results. Would you by any chance recall your JotForm username or any other email addresses that you might have used?
Please advise soon so that we can assist you further.
