    I received a confirmation of payment. But I never signed up for premium for the entire year. We only need the premium in certain months when we have a lot of submissions. I specifically downgraded the level from premium to free. I should have not been charged. Please issue me a refund. Thank you.

    Hello Dave,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused on your end. JotForm paid subscriptions are actually automatically recurring, so you will have to proactively downgrade/upgrade your account whenever necessary.

    Anyway, I have downgraded your account and processed the refund. Please allow up to a week or two for the refunded amount to reflect on your credit card.
