    Not all product items are showing to my form

    No matter how many products I list under the option, only the first 2 ever show up in the form preview. Any fixes to this?

    Just a follow up to my above question, I am using payment wizard, I believe it is the "purchase order" - the option that does not integrate with actual payment at checkout.

    I have tried that option, once I create the first product, select the "Add Quantity Property" option  and click next: (It would not work if you select Custom Quantity)

    Then select "Add a Predefined Property":

    Enable the special pricing and sub-products option:

    There you will be able to set the prices:

    Please try my form , I am using the purchase order integration, let us know what happens. I will also request the feature to have the option to add sub-products not only when adding a predefined property.

    I just left another comment in the thread - did not see your answer first. Originally i was using the custom quantity, but when I use the qty dropdown as you did, I have a different issue: this causes part of the form to cut off. When I set the qty field to a dropdown, I see 2 and a half color options (out of the 18 I input), and the rest are cut off. The third option is cut in half right down the middle and the others dissappear. It appears cut off this way on the main screen after I've saved it, as well as in the preview. I can send you a screenshot if that would help.

    Hello socialgoodsco,

    I did check your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. It just displays the first two options of your product. Please check the screenshot below:

    Upon taking a closer look at your form, I found that you have injected few custom css code and that is actually causing your payment question to behave this way. The following custom css is causing this issue:

    .form-product-image {

    position: absolute !important;

    margin-top: 12px !important;

    margin-left: 330px !important;

    z-index: 2;

    width: 139px;

    }

     

    Please delete this custom css from your form and that should solve your issue. I cloned your form and removed the specific custom css, it is displaying all the product option without any problem.

    Thank you - I did not realize I had any custom CSS inserted. This seems to have resolved.
