What happened to Webhooks?

We just found out about the Webhooks feature last week and set about creating the capability on our end to use it.  When we went to use it today the Webhook button has been commented out.  Does this capability no longer exist or is there a plan to bring it back?

**UPDATE ** Webhooks is under the Integrations button.  The documentation shows a different button which is what we were looking for.
