I've received complaints that my Octoberfest 2014 application isn't working. I went in and tried it myself and when I click "register" I receive this error:
Error during transaction - Merchant ID or password is invalid. or the account is inactive.
What's going on? Also, when the individual completes the application are they required to enter payment information in order for me to receive the form in my inbox?

Your authorize.net API Login ID and Transaction Key are missing from your integration wizard. Please make sure to add these information to the settings in order to receive payments:
The payment field isn't required so someone could submit without having to provide a credit card or without selecting a product item from your form.
