When setting up the mailchimp integration, the first thing you do is choose the list from the pulldown, which shows up correctly. Then under that, a checkbox shows up asking which group to add the subscriber too. I do this, and go on with the integration connection with no problem. However, when testing the system, the group data is not passed along to mailchimp, and they are imported into my mailchimp account WITHOUT a group assignment. How do I fix this?Page URL:

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.
Do you mean to say the the form data is not passed to your mailchimp list which you have set in your integration wizard? Please check the screenshot below:
Please share a screenshot of the problem / integration wizard and point out which data is not being sent to mailchimp. The following guide should help you upload image in your forum post: https://www.jotform.com/answers/277033

Did you also map the category field into the category field from your MC form? You should if you want the data to be forwarded on your MC list.
Grouped fields are browse in a different way. Here's how:
Note that users who fill the form cannot choose which group they want to subscribe. Group can only be predefined on the integration setup as of now.

Just to be clear-- there are two separate Jotforms being used on that landing page. The Jotform in the Guest Blogger section, I want everyone filling that out to be added to the "Writer" group, and everyone that fills out the Jotform in the Blogs & Publications section, I want them to be added to the "Publisher" group. However, neither form is forwarding any group into to MC.

Please try re-integrating your form to Mailchimp and this time, use a new API key from your account. If still, no subscriber added to your list and group, please let us know and we'll forward this thread to our developers. I am also trying to test Mailchimp with groups option.

Re-integrated to mailchimp and it's STILL not working! How long will this take for the developers to fix? I definitely need this feature working, so might have to switch over to another platform...

If this is related to the feature request in this thread:
We still do not have the functionality to be able to select which group to add people to after integration. We are very sorry. Please let us know if this is not the case, but it seems you are not having a problem with the actual MailChimp integration.

No, it's not. Please re-read what I wrote-- there's a serious glitch between Jotform and Mailchimp.

I did clone your form and integrated it with my MailChimp account. I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I sent a test submission and the data was copied to my MailChimp list as expected. Please check the screenshot below:
I did check your form and found that you have mapped the fields correctly and the data should actually be saved in your MailChimp account.
I would suggest you to try and re-integrate your form and see if that solves your problem. If it still doesn't work, we will report it to our back end team.

I have two forms on my page, one for WRITERS and one for BLOGS.
When I built the forms in Jotform, I had all the submissions on the WRITERS form to be added to my WRITERS group in Mailchimp. When someone fills out the BLOG & PUBLICATIONS form, they should be added to my PUBLICATIONS group.
Right now, when people fill out these forms, they get added to Mailchimp, but NOT to a group.
That's the issue.

I submitted a bug ticket too see if our MailChimp integration is not handling groups properly. This is the only reported case we have however of this not functioning properly. Just to clarify, at one point your emails were forwarding to the proper groups and now they are not? Or has this been the case from the start? As we stated earlier the integration is indeed working and you are receiving the emails, just not into the proper groups. Is this correct? Thank you for your patience.

I am not sure if the previous user resolved their issue or not. We were unable to replicate on our end and never heard back from the user. If this steps suggested in this thread do not solve the issue for you, please open a new thread describing your issue with as much detail as possible. We will address it as soon as we can and if need be, open up a new bug ticket for your specific case.
