    Hi,

I am having similar issues. I printed the pdf form for this submission, http://www.jotform.com/submissions/33223757054957 and it's also very "fine" and unreadable. Any way to get around this?

It's impossible not to use the matrix field as the form is already very long as it is.

    Please help.

    Hi,

The issue is already forwarded and currently assigned to our one of our developers. I'm sorry, but I can't find a workaround to get a clear copy of the PDF. What we can do for now is to wait for an updates from our developers.

    Thanks

    Hello Jessica,

Unfortunately, we have not received any update from our back end team yet. Upon checking the ticket status, I found that it is marked as important and assigned to one of our developer. Our back end team is already working on this and we will get back to you as soon as this issue is fixed.

    Thank you!

Hi, we're having the same problem. Matrix is very very important in all our forms, but as we must write quite long labels in columns, the submission pdf (which we use primarily in submission processing) is always unreadable. Please help us!
