My approver gets a api-limit exceeded message

    There was a problem with our workflow and there was a typo in the email address for approval. I reassigned those to the correct email address, but when she attempts to approve them she gets this error. I have checked the API limit for today and it appears that we have 998 left so i' not certain what is causing the error/
