I added a condition and it does not work

I added a condition, when people answer no, they go to a Thank you URL but it's not working. 

It shows that the page does not exist but when I refresh the page, the page does exist. 

How can I fix this issue?

I have just made some test submissions with different browsers. When I select "no" your form redirects me "http://totalwellnessplace.net/thank-you-gift-code/" as intended.

Could you please check it again and let us know if the issue persist.
