The Box integration tool works well, but the fact the submission data is in PDF makes it difficult to pull data from without manual work. An Excel would partly solve the problem. The best solution for me would be for the submission data to somehow add itself to a calendar in Outllook or Office 365. Is that possible?

As far as I know we do not have that feature, have you consider using the Google Spreadsheet integration? That will do what you need, you will be able to download the Excel file.
