I just received a fast answer to my auto responder question, thank you. However it wasn't EXACTLY what I was hoping for. Let me offer a little more clarity. The Music In Visual Media for auto responder works great! I've attached the "Thank you for your order" screenshot. The Music Genre submission form generates an auto responder with the actual form the customer filled out. How do I have both forms (after purchase) generate the "Thank you for your order" auto email response?

Note that Jotform Autoresponder works differently from Authorize.net Order Confirmation Email or Thank You Order Email.
If you mean how to generate an Order Confirmation Email from Authorize.net when someones send a payment to your "Authorize 2014 HMMA Music Genre Submission" form, I think that is automatically done by authorize.net for successful payments.
