    Compatibility Issues

    Hello Dear Jotform Team,

    I upgraded my Account to a paying acount a couple of days ago and have implemeneted a form for my service at www.mobilova.de /mobilova.com and am unfortunately running into compatibility issues: When I insert the form code in the site, the call to action button of the site (the red button: create mobile site...depending of the text that appears at your end: the site has a multivariant test, so the text could be different at your end) , nothing happens, normally a captcha should scroll down and then let the user select the right captcha answer for the nex step, please to advice. Here's the code of the form I'm using:

    Hi,

    This is caused by a conflict with a jQuery script in your site and JotForm's own scripts. I am afraid we haven't found a fix to this, although a ticket has been opened for the other thread you created for the same issue.

    We will let you know once our developers find a way around this. Thank you for using JotForm!
