I did check your form and it seems you have already solved your problem The widget is already added in your form's notification and auto-responder email template. You should be receiving the widget data in the submission emails.
When you edit your notification email template, any changes you make to your form will not be added to the email template. The fields should be added manually in the email template or the notification email alert should be deleted and added a new email alert.
