Problems with deactivated forms for uses SSL (not yet resolved)

    Hello! 

    Would like to report a problem with my account JotForm. What happens is that all forms created for my 3 sites in different fields have been disabled due to a problem I've been trying to solve and I can not. 

     

    I use JotForm forms of three months, when suddenly all went off, according to the control panel I used JotForm 11 of 10 submissions SSL. 

     

    How can I use SSL submissions are not use in my forms.

    * I use the address: http://pedidos.helprioreciclagem.com.br according to an earlier statement DNS configuration: 

     

    pedidos.helprioreciclagem.com.br | CNAME | custom.jotform2.com 

     

    Ie always worked well. Priciso solution to this problem.
