The Workflow on our form will not allow the first approvers to comment

Hello,

We are having major issues with our Jotform. Our "High School" workflow (cgodard@gasd-pa.org) isn't allowing any of our administrators to comment. Our "Middle School" workflow (kheefner@gasd-pa.org) is automatically being approved by the first person and is not triggering the work flow.

Is this in reference to your form https://www.jotform.com/211196039060146 ? If so, I'm unable to find a workflow based on a selection of "High School" or "Middle School" in the form's workflow above. Could you kindly confirm the URL of the form in question and point me in the right direction of which steps in the workflow are experiencing the issue? I see that the workflow is quite extensive and want to make sure I'm fully understanding where the issue is being experienced.

Yes, that is the correct form. I am attaching a screen shot of the form with a black box around the two workflows we are having issues with.

Thanks for getting back to us. May we ask you to provide us with steps on how to fill the form, so we can test it on our end, as this will help us to replicate and identify the issue. And are these the first persons that should give the approval to trigger the workflow? Lastly, please provide us with more details on the reason for the use of the merge approval element where the input is only from the first approver to approve, instead of the split approval element?
