Why do I not always see the JotForm E-mail alert Template?

    I have created several forms now, and I am just seeing a JotForm template e-mail.  How can I go back and add it to the other forms?  Why have I not seen it before?

    Hi bschwartz215,

    The fastest way for you to do is to just delete the existing email notification and recreate it.

    1. After deleting the existing email notification template, go to your toolbar's Setup & Embed tab and click Email Alerts.

    2. Click Add New Email.

    3. Make sure that the editor is in HTML Mode. Save the email template as it is (unless you want to change the email address where the notifications will be sent to).
