For the Free account, if I have received more than 100 submissions, can I delete the current data to make space for the new submissions?

    Hi Chia,

    Yes, you can also do that. But please take note the deleted data are permanently deleted.

    Also, the submission limits actually reset automatically every 1st Day of each Month. So, on the 1st day of the Month you will always have fresh new 100 submission allotted.

    I also noted that you have not registered an account yet to JotForm and only using Guest account.

    I highly recommend you register/create your username when you can because Guest account is extremely limited in terms of allotted submissions.
