I have several forms that are used from people to order products on my site.

Each form have a part that is comune to all of them, where people have to insert their data for shipping (name, address, phone number etc).

Is it possible to create some kind of subform with this part and to integrate it in all the order forms, so that when I modify it all the main forms will be updated?

    Thank you for contacting us.

You can prepopulate the fields of your main form based on the data entered on the order forms. You can generate the URL from http://prepopulate.jotform.io/ using your order forms. Once URL is generated, you can add that URL to your email notification which you can click to prepopulate the main form.

You can read more about Prepopulating To Your JotForm Via URL Parameters by going to the following link: http://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters.
