How can I create a calendar with only specific dates available?

Hi, I need my form to provide a field where a visitor can select dates from a calendar. But I need only select dates to be available to be chosen, not just any date. How can I do this? Thanks.

We do not have calendar tool where you can set or define available dates but this widget might be of help. Once the date is picked and the form is submitted, the user will not be able to select that date anymore. http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/date_reservation
