what is ssl submission?Asked by iamlhalha on June 28, 2014 at 03:39 AM
I'ce noticed that I have big spaces for my submissions yet jotform disabled my for
due to ssl submissions w/c i dont understand. I'd like to ask if there's a way I can just simply delete that ssl submissions to continue using my jotform. pls advise thanks!
SSL is used to transfer the data securely and safely from your form to our server. The data is actually encrypted before being transmitted on internet.
You have exceeded the allowed submission limits. This is the reason your forms are disabled. Only 10 SSL submissions are allowed in Free account and you have already received 12 SSL submissions.
I have manually reset your SSL counter to zero and your account is now active. Please be informed that we can reset the counter only once per account. You should stop using the secure forms urls and secure embed scripts should be replaced by non secure embed scripts.
