    Dear Jot Form,

We are keen to use your site for a large European Rural Development Fund project based in Cumbria, England. I have been looking on your website and am keen to purchase the Premium Plan but have a query I hope you might be able to assist with:

    Q) We will be running numerous events over the next 18 months and people may book onto several events during this time. I know people can set username and password to return and complete the form, but I wondered if it's also possible to set user accounts where people could log into the system and register for future events with their details automatically entered?

Your service is very attractive to us if this criteria can be met.

Your advice and time is greatly appreciated,

    Kind regards,

    Hi Emily,

Unfortunately, no, we do not have a feature that allows for a user account database to be stored in our server. While we may have a password tool, it is used solely for hiding or protecting form fields and the form itself from other people who do not know the password as exemplified in this thread. It is not possible for people to set a username and password to complete a form. Editing a form submission can only be done using the edit link which is usually inserted in the form's autoresponder.

We appreciate your interest in our service but we cannot provide your requirement with regard to setting a username and password for form submits.

Let us know if you have further questions. Thanks!

Would memberkit not provide the solution that Emily is looking for?

Thanks Charles for pointing that out. Yes, our parent firm Interlogy also developed Memberkit and Profile Manager. These two products support membership capabilities aside from form building. to learn more about these exciting products, please visit Interlogy's website
