Adding multiple buttons with different purposesAsked by Omar on June 29, 2014 at 10:09 PM
Hello, I want to add multiple buttons at the end of the form.
One that will direct users to paypal to pay for their order online, and one that saying "Request Courier" where the thank you note will appear, and i will receive their form by email.
So Far, every time i try, either both direct to paypal payment, or both show up the thank you note.
Yes that is how it works. The submit button will simply submit the form and then in the back end we check if you have PayPal integration which redirects you to PayPal website.
There is another way to achieve your requirement. You can add a radio button question on your from to display "Payment Method" as PayPal or request courier. Then you can take advantage of our "Condition" feature to show hide form fields based on selection.
Please take a look at the following cloned form and see if this is what you are trying to achieve in your form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/41798059405968? If you select "Payment Method" as "Paypal" and then click on the submit button, you will be redirected to PayPal web site. If you select "Request Courier" and then click on submit button, it will display the thank you message. I added condition to show / hide the paypal field. Please check the screenshot below:
Feel free to clone this form in your account for a closer look. The following guide should help you in form cloning: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
