How can i make sure that regardless of whether
someone has paid or not, I get an email alert that a form hasbeen filling out?Thanks

Right-click on your payment field then click Show Properties.
Under Pending Payment Email, choose either "Notifiers Only" or "Notifiers and Autoresponders"
You will then receive emails for unpaid submissions.
Note: There is a 30 minute to 1 hr delivery delay to make sure that the user really abandoned the payment before the email is sent to you.

Thanks! Do you know is there any way to receive the form straight away rather than waiting 30-60 minutes? It is ideal time to chase a sale if they have backed out at the last minute and I might not even know about it?

Unfortunately, you can't change the timeframe and it's not possible for us to change this feature. You have to wait or otherwise, you may consider using our purchase order tool:
With purchase order, you will receive the form email after someone submits to your form. However, there is no way someone can pay you directly using this tool. You have to tell the submitter how to pay you.

Hi,
I followed the instructions above to receive pending payment email alerts and the feature was working for a week or so but now I am no longer receiving pending payment emails. I tested this function on my form by submitting it as a test user and just closing the paypal redirect screen when it appeared. When the feature was working I would receive the pending payment email within 1 hour or so, but now I only receive the emails when the submission is completed (either the user goes back to pay or I complete it through the submissions portal).
Can you please give me advice on why it's not working anymore and what I can do to correct the issue?
