I am not receiving any notifications on my mobile app when a client has filled out my form. How do I change this?

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. What device are you using? Is it an iPhone or an Android? If you have an iOS device, please make sure that your phone is not in Silent mode. For Android devices, please check the steps below:
- Open your phone's Settings
- Tap on Notifications
- Tap on App settings
- You should see the Jotform mobile app from the list of apps and make sure that the notification is turned on
- If you don't see it, tap on the dropdown list and choose ALL APPS
