How can I change name of button "file upload"?

May be, I am an idiot, but I can't do it. I just can't find where it is changed. I give you a few screens. Pleace, help me, it's very important for me. My form was created only in English, but this button in Russian (выберите файл).

The button's name depends on the language setting of the browser being used. Your browser is in Russian, that's why the upload button is in that language.

On my end, it says 'Browse:' in Firefox

and 'Choose File' in Chrome:

If you really really want to customize its name, you can only do that if you set it to allow multiple files.
