Approval - Need more information

I need to create a workflow with approvals for workplace incidents that returns the form with a request for more information.

For example...I may get an incident report that a patient fell, but I need more information for the person who sent the incident.

I might also need to forward that incident report on to another employee who saw the patient fall but did not fill out the first incident.

Is that possible?

I have included the link to form that matches our paper form...so it is not a finished form

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can enable the "Request More Information" feature on your Jotform Approvals. This will allow you to send an email to the respondent and ask them to provide more information without having to restart the whole process. See the image attached:
