The email address that belongs to that account is "llknoxbrown@qpcc.com", click on "Forgot Password", and the email instructions to reset the password will be sent to that email address.

Have you checked on your spam folder? Please contact with your email provider and request them to add JotMail's IP Addresses to their whitelist.
After white-listing, try resetting your password. Let us know what happens.
