email notification format has changed on its own

    MY EMAIL NOTIFICATION HAS ALSO CHANGED WITHOUT MY ASKING IT TO

    On the 19th of August it looked like the image attached called BEFORE

     

     

     

    Now it has changed to text that jst runs

    I note that this has happened to other users and your standard response has been to recreate the format one wants. That does not explain why it has happened! I made one change to my email notification which was to add in one extra field at the end of the form which I subsequently removed. What has happened is that the whole tale structure has been removed. Please find out why this is happening as it does inconvenience users. APart from that I love Jotform! Thanks

    Hi Lesley,

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention and our apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. This is clearly a hiccup in the system, the cause of which needs to be investigated further. As such, I shall escalate this issue to our Tier 2 Support for further action. 

    In the meantime, like what you have perhaps expected, the easiest and quickest way to fix this issue is to recreate the email notification template.

    Allow me to add a few more pointers regarding your concern:

    - make sure that if there are other persons who have access to your forms and your account, they did not make any changes in the email notification template.

    - if you made changes to the email template, ensure that the saving process is completed (denoted by the small rotating circle no longer rotating).
