my forms keep falling apart so people click on the form and see the jibberish code. what do I do?

When people follow the link to a form the get the code.  I'll copy a sample below the link to one of my forms.  This has happened to more than one of my forms.  I have to go into the edit form, save, and then get a new link to hand out.  I am loosing people who can't fill out the form and don't come back.  Please help me fix this problem.  I don't want to have to move to another service.

It seems you are sending them a link to a javascript embedded version of your form, rather than the form itself.  Try sending them this link instead:

http://www.jotformpro.com/form/41575692481968

If you copy and past the URL you have while previewing your form, that should also work too.  Please let us know if you are continuing to experience this issue and we will be happy to look into it further.
