Why does our Jotform send 2 emails?

    We receive 2 emails from our JotForm whenever a user hits submit. Is there a way to change this?

    Also the page goes blank after a customer submits a response. Can we direct them back to our website?

    Hello Jon,

    The reason you are getting two emails for single submission is your form has two notification emails alert for same email address. If you delete one them you will get only one email for one submission. To delete form notification click Email Alerts from toolbar, select the notification email you want to delete and click the Delete Email button.



    For redirecting users to your website you can use Thank You Page Wizard. It's placed next to Email Alerts on the toolbar. To customize the thank you page select Custom URL option on the wizard and enter your website URL.
