I have translated my survey in to several languages but the excel download for Russian and Persian does not display correctly. Is this an excel issue or a Jotform issue?

Hi,
Can you please tell us which of your multi-language form it is that have the upload field and having the issue you reported?
To be clear also, Yes you can upload or use the upload field to upload Excel file even if the form have mutli-language tool.
but the excel download for Russian and Persian does not display correctly
Were you trying to download the Excel submission data of your form?
Can you elaborate more what exactly is the error or what does not display correctly? We will check more once we understand this.

Thank you for your prompt response.
Apologies, I did indeed mean download
I have received submissions but when I download the data in excel format it will not display and when in csv format it is gobbledegook. Pdfs are ok though.
It is for two separate surveys, one in Russian and one in Persian. My other languages download ok too.

Hi,
I have uploaded the 2 Excel files here.
To download them, please Right-Click on the file URL link and choose Save As option.
I was already able to check the File and view them. Please check on your end also.
So far, I am not able to reproduce the issue you had when downloading the Excel file.
Can you please tell us what browser you were using at the time? Was it IE9?
You can also try using a different browser and check if the issue persist.
Please inform us if issue remains.
