    We have checked our records and found two (2) active subscriptions for your account. One payment record to our payment processor Plimus and one to FastSpring - which is our new payment processor. This happens most probably because you've tried to change your card on file to our payment processor Plimus and ended up making a new subscription record to FastSpring. You've been double charge since April 2014.

    Anyway, I have cancelled the record on Plimus and issue a refund from April to June. Expect the refund returned to your account within 4-10 business days.
