This form is embedded in my online course in http environment.
My students are reporting that the form is not sending the results to them (which I had cleverly set up when I created the form), so I need to log in and check it out. Fortunately, the form is still sending results to me, which I am forwarding to them.

I have asked the login system to send me my password, but still after 10 minutes, I see no reply from JotForm.
I have also tested my form, and have received replies to another gmail account.

The system will send the instructions on how you can reset the password
to the email address of the account which is email@example.com .
Please check your Spam or Bulk folders the message might have been
caught by the spam filters.
I've checked the mail logs and the result indicates that the email was queued
