    Evaluate services needed

Asked by Inbar Malevski  on July 03, 2014 at 05:23 PM

    Hello,

I am in charge of the development of a new website and social network platform for a non-profit organization called the Israeli American Council (although I am not a developer actually). This site will replace our current website.

Our organization is currently working with Sales Force CRM system. In our new site, I am required to embed different application and registration forms for several of the programs that we offer, some of which will required a "pay now" button linked to Authorize.net.

I would like the information from these different forms to be entered into the Sales Force CRM system. Several questions related to that:

Do I need to develop anything special in the Sales Force system for the information from the forms to be populated there (building customized tables, etc.)?

Regarding the Sales Force app that you are offering, what does it mean? What kind of extra development does this app need to have users filling out forms and making payments on my site using your forms and for me to see and manage this information on the Sales Force database? Is this app just a code that I embed in my site?

I would like to schedule a demo for this kind of Sales Force integration.

Looking forward to hearing from you,

    Inbar

    Hi Inbar,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Do I need to develop anything special in the Sales Force system for the information from the forms to be populated there (building customized tables, etc.)?

    The answer is No.

All you need to do is just integrate the form to both Salesforce and Authorize.Net

There is no high level programming/development is required.

Regarding the Sales Force app that you are offering, what does it mean? What kind of extra development does this app need to have users filling out forms and making payments on my site using your forms and for me to see and manage this information on the Sales Force database? Is this app just a code that I embed in my site?

I suggest you review this article about Salesforce integration.

     -Flexible-Data-Integration-with-Salesforce

As you can see on that article, you do not need to do any extra development to do the integration.

You can also use your accounts (Salesforce and Authorize.net) to test how they work.

It will be better also if you create your JotForm account before proceeding any further with using the forms.
