No, currently that is not possible because it would violate our terms of service and is a risk of account suspension due to the fact that the obtained information could easily be used elsewhere for the wrong reasons which is why we do not allow it. 

Pardon, After thinking about this some more I realized I may have given you the wrong impression with my above answer so I came back to clarify myself. You can actually use it as a " sign-up form " to collect information for that. However, if you are intending to use it as a " Login " form for your social database then in that case type that is what violates our terms of service and is not allowed. I apologize if I created confusion any confusion in my previous response about this before.
