Hello
I have two forms, but only recieve notifications from one of them.
I receive messages from the Hewitts phone form, but not from the message contact form..
I do not recieve test messages from message contact form, but when I log in here I can forward myself a message from here

Please check and review it again.
I sent a test submission to your contact form "Hewitt web form" and the server log shows successful delivery of notification.
Current Server: /var/log/jotform/email.workers.log:[05/Jul/2014:19:16:13 -0400] AmazonSES :: Sent email to information@hewittshomeimprovements.com - MessageID:0000014708d045c6-be37e704-e363-4bb6-802e-b0b1210c9dc7-000000/5b1f4c80-049a-11e4-9d5b-cb3b741f05aaIf you still didn't receive anything, please whitelist JotMail IPs and domains to your email provider side. This might help resolve the problem. Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
