    I have two forms. but only receive notifications from one of them

    I have two forms, but only recieve notifications from one of them. 

    I receive messages from the Hewitts phone form, but not from the message contact form..

    I do not recieve test messages from message contact form, but when I log in here I can forward myself a message from here

    Please check and review it again.

    I sent a test submission to your contact form "Hewitt web form" and the server log shows successful delivery of notification.

    If you still didn't receive anything, please whitelist JotMail IPs and domains to your email provider side. This might help resolve the problem. Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
