Conditions: Show/Hide has opposite effect

I set the conditions as IF is equal to Yes, then SHOW MULTIPLE

When I test the form, the field names shown are what should be hidden.

I've tried both ways ....IF equal to NO, then HIDE MULTIPLE

The field "Register Another family member"  is even included in that list, that logic won't work if such field is set as the rule in the condition to trigger an action.

You must make at least a few fields visible, and from there start showing or hiding the fields. Please have in mind that if you consider a field to be shown, this cannot be also included in a HIDE conditional.

I'm confused how I would be able to allow the user to register additional people if I don't give the user that option.  From the image, there are quite a few fields visible. But when I preview the form, the fields that are supposed to be hidden display

Should "Register another person" be a Yes/No radio button or check box? 

I looked at various examples from the Forum, but was not able to "clone" the example

I think you must also include if "Register another person" is empty (not filled) then HIDE fields. So when you preview the form, the fields are hidden by default.

Example

If Register another person is equal to No

   If Register another person is Empty

------------------------------------------

Or in opposite, you can do the following:

If Register another person is equal to Yes

   If Register another person is Filled

And then make sure If "ALL" of these rules are matched is selected.

You can do this when you click "Add New Rule" button. Check the following visual guide:

By the way, we also have dynamic fields where user can click a button and it would automatically add another set of fields right on your form. Maybe you want to give it a try.

I need the entire form to display for every user.  Then if the user selects Register Another User, only the Show Multiple fields display.

I've cleared all conditions, cleared my browser cache/history, but only the fields that are supposed to be hidden display in Preview.

I think I'm going to start over bit by bit as you suggested. The Configurable List is a good option, but I think I have too many fields to display.

It seems you have deleted this form already. I did try to check your other last edited forms but did not find the completed form yet with condition to "Register another family member".

"Configurable List" widget should work with you. Please be noted that if you have too many fields, the width of your form will increase. Do get back to us with your form ID if you want to take the form conditions route to show/hide fields and if the issue persists and we will take a look.
