How to change layout of form based on screen size?

    As you can see the options are currently all in one line, but when I view this on mobile browser, it doesn't look proper. So what I wanted is for mobile all options should come one after another and for PC it should be in one line.

    Hello chiragvora123,

    Have you already checked our "Mobile Responsive" widget already? Please add the mobile responsive widget in your form and that should solve your problem.

    I did check the screenshot you have provided. Isn't it working correctly?

    It does not display any horizontal scroll and the questions are being displayed within the width of your device?

    You need to scroll down to fill up rest of your form fields. Please point out the issue you see here and we will take a look.
