    Hi latalentactivity,

The best way to approach this is to create your own Thank You page hosted on your website and assign a Custom Thank You Page. You can then assign this as your own Thank You page in your JotForm form. Just click theThank You button found under the Setup & Embed tab of your toolbar.

The Thank You Page Wizard appears. Please select Custom URL.

Then enter the URL of the webpage that you want to become your Thank You page.

Please follow the above steps and let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you for using JotForm!

    Hi,

Alternatively, you may want to use short "Embed <>" codes to embed your form. This method automatically resizes the iframe where the form is loaded, so that when your form redirects to the thank you message, the iframe contracts and the thank you message is shown instantly.

To get your form's Embed <> codes:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form
    3.  Click Embed <>
    4.  Copy the codes provided in the succeeding screen

Note that this method has its own share of complications. If you're having problems with this method, feel free to use my colleague's suggestion above.

    Thanks!

    Neil
