can you transfer a form

Hi I had created a form in a guest account which I can't find - as advised I created an account, Lisabunting, but still can't see the form - can you transfer it to this account (email l.bunting2@qub.ac.uk)

The form is still into the guest account. Let us know if you want to move it. You have this sorted, by cloning the form to your registered account? :)
