Unique ticket number

Using a widget I can get a unique number but it is hidden and I need it to show it on my ticket template.

You must be referring to the Unique ID widget

But yes, the unique ID field cannot be seen on the form.

What I can suggest as an alternative is the Random Value Generator widget.

as it can be seen on the form.
