How can I preselect and prepopulate the other textbox of checkboxes?

I have successfully been following the article http://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters and tried the prepopulate tool on http://prepopulate.jotform.io/, I can get text fields prepopulated and select existing checkboxes fine.

However the "other" option does not seem to carry through URL parameters at all. Even generating these through the prepopulate tool and copying the exact parameters and applying them to my form does nothing.

    Hello IMMT,

    It seems you are right.

The "Other" option of the check boxes does not get pre-populated. I did try to populate it but I am unable to do so.

I am reporting this to our back end team. We will get back to you if there are any option available to pre-populate the other box of the check boxes.

    Thank you!

Thanks for the prompt response and adding support for selecting the 'Other' checkbox so quickly!

Is it possible to add the text within the 'other' field while selecting the field? It remains checked but greyed out and not taking values, as far as I can tell.

    Hello IMMT,

Yes upon checking I am able to replicate the issue. The "other" check box/radio gets selected / checked but it is greyed out.

I am updating the ticket status and sending a note to the assigned developer. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

    Thank you!
