I'm in Uganda
I want to receive Money from our Clients as a company from Uganda, and Outside Uganda.
Our National banking system doesn't accept transactions from PayPal.
Kindly advise.
A zoom meeting could do us better.
We want to use your Services more.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we don't offer zoom meetings and we don't have phone support as this forum is our main channel system.
Upon further checking, it seems like Paypal is actually available in Uganda. However, if you're having issues with the Paypal, you might want to check the following available payment methods that could be available in your Country:

I have a PayPal account, but when I approached my local bank, they couldn't help us get the funds off it.
Do you have Mobile Money services??

Unfortunately, no. We can only process payments using our payment processors. You can view the full list of them here. If you need more details about them, you can also reach out to the payment processor's support directly if they have any way of getting the money out to you. You can also check this link and sort out which payment processors can service your country.
