Can I add a pdf for customer to sign and send back to me?

     I have been trying to add a pdf file to my form and i cant i would like to know if it is possible to put a pdf on the site that people can see then fill out and sign?

    Let me please inform you, that PDF can be embedded to the form with a PDF Embedder widget: 

    http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/pdf_embedder

    However, user will not be able to sign the PDF since internet browsers do not have PDF edit options.

    Also, you have provided an internal path to the PDF on your computer (file:///C:/Users/...), it will not work for PDF Embedder widget. You will need to upload the file somewhere, and then use the link to that file.
