    Hi,

I was only able to see the problem on IE8 browser.

But that is really an obsolete browser and is not recommended for use anymore.

It was fine on Firefox and IE9 browser

Do you still have users that uses IE8 browser?

Perhaps you can suggest for them to use an updated browser to make the issue go away.

Hope this help. Inform us if there are still issue.

    Thanks!

I tried it on an IE9 browser Version 9.08112.16421

    updated 9.0.28 (KB 2957689)

and it did NOT show the lines.

Could it be that IT has disabled something on the server?

    Hi,

Unfortunately IE is notoriously buggy, we recommend our users use Safari or Google Chrome for the highest level of compatibility.  I was also able to view the form entirely in IE9 however.  If it shows up in one browser and not another on your computer, I do not believe anything has been disabled, it sounds very much like browser incompatibility.  If IE is a requirement, let us know and we can see if we can find an older version to do some more testing.

    Thank you for using Jotform!

Since this is a hospital and very HIPPA concerned, we are not allowed other browsers as a lot of the hospital applications are based on IE :(

If I use <hr>, is there a way to make color lines?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

You could try embedding your form to the page using the iFrame embed method:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

This tends to cut down greatly of formatting issues between browsers.  In reference to your second question, I am not sure which part of your form you are trying to color.  Is it the lines that are already yellow in your form that separate each field? Let us know and we will be happy to help.

    Thank you for using Jotform!
