PDF uploads show a blank page when i click on them from the submission email?

Asked by vicsana on August 24, 2011 at 12:23 PM

I have a form where you are required to upload a few files, extensions allowed are pdf, docs, doc, txt etc - all for written documents. When i tested out the form , the files are uploaded with no problem but when i open my submission email and click on a uploaded pdf file i get a blank page. If i click on a uploaded txt file it opens fine and if i click on a uploaded doc file it downloads and displays correctly. So my only issue is with pdf uploads. Any suggestions on what to do?

Can you check this problem again? I checked it and the PDF file I uploaded on "Attach a current resume" worked fine. I was able to see it on the submissions page.

We released a new version of our deployment system yesterday morning. That might have caused a temporary problem.

    Hi,

All pdf files uploaded on your form "CCEW Intern Application" are displayed properly on my end. Do you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed in your computer? It is a software that is required to open pdf files. Please download and install if you don't have it yet.

    Thanks!
