Jotform + gusto Integration

1st) I switch to Jotform from form makers like SurveyMonkey / SignNow / Adobe / etc for its pricing : feature qty for price ratio and wanted to say thank you for having so many options for smaller business or people who just can’t afford certain “fancy features” they may need that the others charge a lot for or only give to enterprise customers . Again thank you for that .

2) when your bus / dev team is looking at integration partners

I wanted to recommend reaching out to a growing company I use called Gusto that handles payroll and HR type things .

They are currently trying to add on or add connections to integrate for handling many things done with performance tracking forms or form style workflow like recruiting processes but so far don’t really have an all around form type integrated.

things they have that DEF could use jot forms help for integrating to do for their customers are things like

• employee review surveys
• job application submission abd workflow
• employee feedback forms
• action tracking form that when submit can go to a manager for approving or directly saves abd uoooads to the employees file in gusto . big opportunity is this …. So using jot form for example tinplate / integration access is ability for automatic submission uploads . I would love to make a disciplinary form that managers fill out then submit , HR contact can be setup to approve wordage and comments manager used or can setup to automatically approve and will go to employees mail to review and sign . Once signed it uploads automatically into their gusto employee documents .Currently we have to manually make or fill out forms then get signatures through 3rd party or in person , then scan and upload to th employees documents file in gusto

i believe the most useful “service” access to gusto info with jot form tho would be

• automatic uploading submissions to employee files
• Creating accounts in Jotform when hired on and deleting when terminated
• Employee general contact info retrieval such as enail when sending to employees and first last name or where they work .
• Automatically send out made surveys when employees hit milestones like new hire surveys , exit surveys , or annual performance reviews .

i suggested these same things to gustos dev team too about reaching out for Jotform and hope that you can reach out to them also for possible interventions between the two in future .

Been using JotForm, I think both form services has a good form builder tool with many form fields and styling tools. I dont know too much about wufoo.com but with Jotform you can style and control notification and autoresponder emails, there is no sign of brand in forms, there is subuser support for both edting forms and reading data with captcha,re-captcha support
