the submitted forms are not seen in inbox or e mail. pl help

Upon checking your form's notification email alert, I found that you have not selected "Sender Email" yet. That could be the reason why you are not receiving your submission emails. Please check the screenshot below:
Please be noted that if you do not provide sender name, the receiving email server will most likely reject the emails or simply ignore it.
I would suggest you to select a sender name in your notification email alert and then test your form again. You may also like to check your spam folder as well.
