I'm a little confused and was wondering if you could help me out. I signed up for a free form, and have read I get 100 submissions. That said, I've had 21 this month and am getting an error message on the form (saying I've exceeded my monthly amount). Do I get 100, or am I missing something?

I have activated your account. It is happening because you have a guest account. Simply create a new JotForm account with your email address and your guest account will become a full free account and your limits will be increased to 100/month.
